Kerry Bennett, a former US Marine and founder of the Eugene, Oregon craft cannabis company Hometown Cultivation, discovered home-growing over 20 years ago as a way to cope with insomnia and PTSD. I'm excited to learn more about his transition from home grower to owning a cannabis company, and his focus on living soil and locally sourced, organic fertilizers.

May 9th - Dominique van Gruisen

From growing cannabis in college with seeds found in his local coffee shop weed, Dom’s passion for the plant led him to graduate in biomedical sciences, serve as technical director for a Belgian cannabis social club, author a home cultivation book, and ultimately found the Dutch research organization Innexo. I'm looking forward to learning more about his current cannabis research, chatting about the "no veg" flowering method, and finding out his favorite spots to surf.
